We are looking for an experienced Digital Manager to join our busy and successful theatre. In our theatre on The Cut in Waterloo we produce new plays, classics, musicals, short films and more. We attract large and complex audiences, we win major awards, we have deep connections in our neighbourhoods and we take shows to the West End and New York. Recent shows include Yerma, A Streetcar Named Desire, A View from the Bridge and The Scottsboro Boys.
We are currently renewing our digital infrastructure and as part of this we are building a team across a range of IT disciplines.
Working with our busy marketing team, you’ll produce digital content for all strands of our work and manage multiple websites. You’ll provide essential support for the Taking Part and Development departments by working on strategy and execution of their marketing and press campaigns. You’ll work closely with senior members of staff and will liaise with graphic designers to create print assets and digital content. You will also work on marketing around the Young Vic’s films inspired by our shows.
You will need a keen interest in and good knowledge of performance arts marketing and sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise a range of demands.
We encourage applicants from different backgrounds with different experiences, skills and stories to join us and influence and develop our working practice. We are particularly keen to hear from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) and disabled candidates. All disabled candidates who demonstrate that they meet the essential criteria will be invited for an interview.
