Wednesday 27 March 5-6pm

There will be a free discussion event on Wednesday 27 March with the creative team of Above Me The Wide Blue Sky and guests from the arts and science. Join us to find out more about the themes and the research process that informed the making of Above Me The Wide Blue Sky.

A man whose memories are carried by birds.
A woman whose children have grown with the trees.
A family whose garden is the fathomless ocean.
If who we are and what we call home is interwoven with nature, what happens when everything starts to change?

The critically acclaimed Fevered Sleep transform the Young Vic with their longawaited follow-up to 2010’s On Ageing. Set within a stunning multi-screen film installation, with a captivating soundscape of birdsong, electronic music and a new score for string quartet, Above Me The Wide Blue Sky draws together tales of love, loss and belonging from an ever-changing world, created from real stories.

The installation is open to ticket holders for 1 hour before and after the performance times above.

Due to the nature of the performance space, we regret that latecomers cannot be admitted.
