Conditions of Sale
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to alter the programme without prior notice. Latecomers may either be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance, or be refused admission. Any recording of the performance (either audio or visual) is prohibited. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry of, and use of, such equipment on the premises.
Fees
We don't charge a booking fee for tickets booked through our Box Office or online. If you ask for your tickets to be sent in advance there will be a charge of 50p to cover postage and administration.
Booking online
Online bookings will be available to collect from the Box Office on the evening of the performance. Please bring the card you paid with and if possible, a print out of the booking confirmation webpage you will see when your booking is complete. We are currently unable to post out tickets purchased online. If this will make visiting us more difficult for you, please get in touch.
Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and Delta.
All cheques should be made payable to Young Vic Company.
Refunds
We will not normally issue refunds. Where possible, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production if they are returned to us at least 24 hours before the performance. There is a charge of £1 per ticket for this service.
