‘Working as a theatre director has enabled me to explore in detail the techniques actors can use to deliver ideas, and to present their character and intentions. In the sessions it’s great to see people become more aware of how best to use our physicality and voice in the workplace, and how we can communicate more successfully with others. It is fascinating to see how truly transferable these skills are to the business world, and to witness an increase in confidence and development in communication skills within the safe, supportive environment of the Young Vic.’

This followed a Directing workshop exploring how managers can get the most out of their team, exploring leadership, assertion skills and tools for influencing.
