We are looking for an experienced, approachable and collaborative individual to ensure all IT and Digital needs are being met at the Young Vic.

A registered charity and theatrical powerhouse, the Young Vic is synonymous with innovation, inclusivity, accessibility and creativity. We create performances that catalyse debate and are priced accessibly for our audiences, giving 10% of tickets away to those who experience barriers to engaging with the arts. We are deeply rooted in our local communities of Lambeth and Southwark, through Taking Part, at the same time as being internationally recognised for productions made with the world’s finest performers and creative teams. This year we expanded our access and reach by launching Best Seat in the House, a new livestreaming platform that has broadcast our productions to over 38 countries. We are also proud of our work developing the next generation of emerging talent through our Creators Program

The Head of Systems and Technology is a hands-on role that will work closely with all teams across the company, ensuring all systems, services and infrastructure work reliably and securely. The individual will have experience of working at a senior level in IT and people management.

The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience managing and delivering complex systems and web development projects across multiple platforms, an ability to be proactive as well as being self-motivated, with a strong desire to be accountable for system and project success.

Salary: £40,000 - £42,500 per annum

Contract: Fixed Term contract for 12 Months
