The Young Vic is looking for a Social Media and Digital Content Manager to join our Marketing and Press department.

A registered charity and theatrical powerhouse, the Young Vic is synonymous with inclusivity, accessibility and creativity. We create performances that catalyse debate and are priced accessibly for our audiences, giving 10% of tickets away to those who experience barriers to engaging with the arts. We are deeply rooted in our local communities of Lambeth and Southwark, through Taking Part, at the same time as being internationally recognised for productions made with the world’s finest performers and creative teams. About the role

The Social Media and Digital Content Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the Young Vic’s social media and digital content strategies. You will engage with diverse online communities through the management of the Young Vic’s social media channels, promoting a range of projects and initiatives through the production of innovative digital content. You will combine a strategic approach with creative flair and copywriting skills.  You will have experience managing social media platforms, briefing and trafficking digital content and managing Facebook and Google advertising accounts.

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full time
