The Cut is an independent bar, restaurant and café located within the Young Vic. Since 2006, we have been serving theatre-goers, local residents, businesses and visitors with seasonal food, carefully selected wines, rotating craft beers, Allpress coffee and expertly crafted cocktails.
Open whether or not there is a performance taking place, The Cut is a destination in its own right. From pre-theatre dining and after-work drinks to corporate events and celebrations with friends, we offer a welcoming space throughout the day and into the evening.
