A Statement from the Young Vic - 20 March 2020

Following UK government advice, we have now made the difficult decision to cancel our current production of Nora and postpone our upcoming productions of Orfeus and Conundrum. LIFT Festival has also cancelled their 2020 festival, which includes our co-production of The Second Woman.

We ask that you please bear with our small but brilliant Welcome Team as they deal with a huge number of ticket holders for the above shows.

As a charity, we rely on ticket sales for a substantial portion of our income, and the insecurity ahead is a huge worry for those who work for and with us, as it is for the theatre sector as a whole. Therefore - if you can afford to - please consider donating the price of your ticket, or another amount however large or small, to the Young Vic.

Young Vic Age Policy

We enjoy playing to as wide an audience as possible. Some of our shows might be unsuitable for younger children. To help you decide if a show is right for you and your family, look at the age guidelines on each show page. Babies and young children will not be admitted, except for certain family shows. If you bring a child under the age of 10 to an adult show we may not be able to let you in and your tickets may not be eligible for exchange. If you are unsure whether a show is suitable for your child, please speak to our Box Office team prior to booking by calling 020 7922 2922.

Age Guidelines

A note for teachers

At the Young Vic we offer a number of school group bookings for every performance rather than dedicated schools performances.
