We are making access concession tickets, wheelchair spaces and seats reserved for Captioned, Audio Described, BSL, Sensory Adapted and Relaxed performances available to book online. Watch the video below and follow the steps to sign up. This process will not require you to provide any proof of your disability status.

HOW TO SIGN UP

1. Click here to sign into your Young Vic account. If you don't have an account, click the "Create an Account" button on our webpage and sign up using your email address, then return to this screen and log in.   
  
2. Click on the "Access and Preferences" tab on the left-hand side menu and scroll down to "Access Concessions and Seats". You will find a series of boxes listing different access requirements. Please note that we don’t currently provide all of these access provisions as standard, but are gathering information about our audiences' requirements to improve our access offer in the future.  
  
3. Select your access requirements from the list and click the "Save changes" button to update your account. If you cannot find your access requirements, please select "your needs are not listed". This information will help us to improve our access offer going forward. Please wait 5 minutes for these changes to be made to your account before you continue with booking tickets.

BOOKING YOUR ACCESS TICKETS ONLINE

1. Click the "Continue Shopping" button and select the performance you would like to attend.

2. Select your seats on the seat map. Our accessible seating includes wheelchair positions, BSL interpreter view, captions screen view, and audio description seats. Use the key on the top right-hand corner of the map to explore the different seat types available.

3. Click "Add To Basket" and your concession will automatically be applied once you reach your basket. We offer a 50% discount for up to two tickets for you and your companion. All concession discounts are subject to availability. Read our full terms and conditions here.

RESERVING AUDIO DESCRIPTION HEADSETS

1. In the preferences and access requirements section of your account, make sure you've ticked that you require audio described performances. When changing your access requirements, please wait 5 minutes for these changes to be made to your account before you continue booking tickets. 

2. Click "Continue Shopping" and select the audio described performance that you would like to attend.  

3. Select your seats and click "Add To Basket".  

4. On the shopping basket screen, a message will pop up in a blue banner at the top of the screen that reads "Want to reserve an audio description headset? Click here." Click on this link.  

5. Fill in the online form with how many headsets you would like to reserve, what date you are attending, and anything else you require. When filling out the date of the performance you are attending, please make sure you are attending an audio described performance. You can see all dates for audio described performances further down this page. 

6. Click "Add to basket" and your free headsets will be added to your basket.  

BOOKING TOUCH TOURS

1. In the preferences and access requirements section of your account, make sure you've ticked that you require Touch Tours. When changing your access requirements, please wait 5 minutes for these changes to be made to your account before you continue booking tickets.     

2. Click "Continue Shopping" and select the audio described performance you would like to attend.  

3. Select your seats and click "Add To Basket".  

4. On the shopping basket screen, a message will pop up in a blue banner at the top of the screen that reads "Want to book a free Touch Tour? Click here." Click on this link.   

5. Fill in the online form with how many people will attend the Touch Tour, what date you are attending, and anything else you require. When filling out the date of the performance you are attending, please make sure you are attending an audio described performance. You can see all dates for audio described performances further down this page. 

6. Click "Add to basket” and your booking for the free Touch Tour will be added to your basket. 

RESERVING HEARING LOOPS 

1. In the preferences and access requirements section of your account, make sure you've ticked that you require ‘Hearing Loops’ and/or ‘Sound Enhancement’. When changing your access requirements, please wait 5 minutes for these changes to be made to your account before you continue booking tickets.  

2. Click "Continue Shopping" and select the performance that you would like to attend.   

3. Select your seats anywhere in the auditorium and click "Add To Basket".   

4. On the shopping basket screen, a message will pop up in a blue banner at the top of the screen that reads "Want to reserve a hearing loop? Click here." Click on this link.   

5. Fill in the online form with how many hearing loops you would like to reserve, what date you are attending, and anything else you require. 

6. Click "Add to basket" and your free hearing loop will be added to your basket. You can then collect this from the box office when you arrive at the theatre. You will also be able to select between a hearing loop with headphones, an induction neck loop, or the option to bring your own headphones. If bringing your own headphones, they must have an 3.5mm jack to work with our devices.
