COLLECTING TICKETS AT BOX OFFICE
As part of prioritising the safety of our staff and audiences, we are not offering ticket collection at the Box Office. All tickets will be issued as an e-ticket which can be presented on your phone or printed out , or alternatively your tickets can be posted to you for a £1 fee.
If you have booked an ’25 and Under’ or ’60 and Over’ ticket, please bring proof of ID or eligibility.
TICKETS TO BE POSTED
If you have chosen to have your tickets posted to you, they will be posted out first class and should arrive within a week of the performance. If they don't arrive, please contact the Box Office. Please note we don't post out tickets for performances more than one week away from your visit.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Young Vic credit vouchers and SOLT Theatre vouchers. All cheques should be made payable to Young Vic Company.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We are proud to be a certified ‘See It Safely’ venue, in partnership with Society of London Theatre and UK Theatre. This means we are compliant with UK Government guidelines, and that you can book for our shows with confidence.
In response to Covid-19, we have updated our booking terms so that audiences can book with confidence. Where possible and subject to availability, tickets for shows at the Young Vic may be exchanged for another performance of the same production if you call or email the Box Office by 10am on the day of the performance. Exchanges will ensure a £1 fee per ticket. Please note, this policy may vary for Young Vic shows running at other venues, including those in the West End.
After 10am, if a performance is sold out, we will try to resell your tickets for you, but we can’t guarantee to do so. If we do manage to resell your tickets, we will give you a credit voucher valid for 6 months, minus an administration fee of £1. This will only be an option up until 1 hour before the performance start time.
In response to Covid-19, we have updated our booking terms so that audiences can book with confidence. This means if someone in your party is showing symptoms of Covid-19 and has been instructed to isolate by the NHS, or is isolating due to Covid-19, we are happy to offer a refund for tickets already purchased, up to 48hrs before the performance.
If we have to cancel a performance for any reason, we will give you the option for a full refund, an exchange for another performance or offer you a Young Vic credit voucher valid for 18 months.
Our standard policy is that there is an admin charge of £1 per ticket for exchanges and returns. However, if your booking amend is necessary due to awaiting the results of a Covid-19 test, or receiving a positive test result, you will not be charged a fee.
